ADHD

A lot of people arrive here having spent years wondering why things feel harder than they seem to for everyone else. The diagnosis may be recent, long-suspected, or still unfolding — any of that is a valid place to start.

I work with teens and adults navigating ADHD: the focus struggles, the emotional dysregulation, the gaps between how capable you are and how you're actually functioning day to day. We'll work on understanding how your brain works, building structures that fit it rather than fight it, and untangling the shame that tends to accumulate over years of trying harder than anyone around you realizes.

This often overlaps with anxiety, depression, and trauma — and that's fine. We'll work with the whole picture.
